136 Marshall Dr
Basement Fire
St. 227, 225, & 223 were alerted for a reported Basement Fire. Police arrived on scene reporting heavy smoke showing. 227 Asst added 226 for the RIT and 221 for a fill. Units arrived finding a fire in basement from a lawnmower and heavy smoke condition. Crews extinguished the fire and venitlated. PH Fire Marshall was requested for investigation and all units returned as they picked up.

1941 Adam St.
High Angle Rescue
St. 221 & 222 were alerted for a Physical Rescue of a male who fell over a cliff 20ft in the woods off of Adam St. Crew from SVC went into woods to evaluate. Crew found male over hillside about 100 yards back and 70 feet over the hill. Crews from 222 RQ set up rope haul system and harnesses. Crews went into the woods and preformmed a physical rescue of the male. The male was uninjured and brought out safely. Crews returned in service as they picked up.

Electrical Condition
St. 225 & 227 were alerted for a report of smoke in residence. 221 was due on the card but out on an earlier PIC, 222 EN responded in their place. 221 Asst arrived on scene with nothing showing and evac well underway. 221 Asst reported an electrical condition, possible light ballast. 225 EN arrived on scene and crew investigated. 222 EN arrived at the hydrant. 227 TK & 221 EN2 were enroute. Interior reported a faulty light and all untis could return.

PIC w/ Entrapment
St. 221 & 222 were alerted for a PIC w/ Entrapment & Fire. 221 Asst arrived on scene with a 2 vehicle head on crash, 1 on its side, smoke showing from 1 vehicle, & 4 occupants self extricated. 221 Squad and 222 RQ arrived on scene. Crews assisted with treatment of several patients while awaiting EMS arrival, isolated the batteries on both vehicles, placed oil dry on leaking fluids. 222 RQ lit scene with Light Tower. Pgh PD provided traffic control on city side, Medic 1 treated and transported 2 patients, M384 treated and transported 2 patients. Crews contained fluids and cleared debris from roadway. 13T5 arrived on scene and removed the vehicles. All units returned as they picked up.

Commercial Fire Alarm
St. 225 & 221 were alerted for a Commercial Fire Alarm. 221 Squad & Engine with the AChief called in service. While enroute 911 Communications advised the alarm company requested a cancel. 221 Squad continued for the report all others returned in service.

PIC w/ Hazards & Entrapment
St. 221, 222, & 227 were alerted for a reported PIC w/ Hazards & Entrapment. Units were updated by AC 911 of multiple call reporting a pole and wire down, vehicle on its side w/ entrapment, vehicle on fire. Units arrived to find 1 car on its side with live lines and transformer on ground arching off the vehicle. Just prior to FD arrival 2 bystanders effected a  rescue of the trapped female driver. Both bystanders and the female driver were electrocuted by the downed lines. Mulitiple fluids and gas were leaking from the car. EMS treated and transported the female driver to Presby, and evaluated the 2 bystanders. Crews stood by until Duquesne Light arrived on scene to cut the power. Power was cut and crews spread absorbent on fluids, cleaned up debris, and assisted Kuhn's Towing (13T5)with uprighting and removing the car. Duquesne Light requested Weavertown HazMat group to cleanup the remaining fluids. Roadway was shut down by police and all fire units returned in service.

Smoke Investigation
St. 225 & 221 were alerted for Smoke in the Area. 221 Squad & EN2 were in service with 10. 225 Asst arrived on scene with alot of smoke in area followed by 221 Squad & EN2. Units found a recreational fire in the rear of the above address. Units returned in service,

Containment Detail
St. 223 was alerted for a fuel spill at the Get Go. 221 Squad and the AChief were in front of Get Go returning from an earlier alarm and called on scene. Crews had about 15 gallons of gasoline on ground and used  oil dry to absorb. 223 SVC was held in station. Crews cleaned up and returned in service.
