St. 221 and RQ 227 were alerted for a reported car into a wall with unknown injury. Prior to arrival of fire units, 911 communications advised the vehicle was leaving the scene. All units returned in service after finding nothing.

Odor Investigation
St 225 and 221 responded to a smell of natural gas outside of a residence, Squad Crew arrived on scene along with 225 ENG, crews investigated the outside of two house and the interior of one, 225 ENG and the Chief checked a well house and found nothing, units clear and back in service.

CO Alarm
St. 221 responded to a CO Alarm with no illness on a fill for St. 225. While enroute the Squad was notified that the home owner replaced the battery possible faulty detector, Squad Crew arrived onscene crew checked detector and metered the house and found no readings alarm activation due to battery. Units back in service.

Mt Carmel @ Blackadore
PIC w/ Injury & Fire
St. 221, 222, & 225 were alerted for a vehicle accident with one vehicle on fire. 221 Squad arrived on scene with Police and EMS. 221 Squad Crew extinguished the fire. EMS evaluated several patients. Command held the card with the Squad & 225 EN2 placing everyone else back in. Crews cleaned up debris and waited for 13T5. County DPW was also requested to Salt the roadway.
